These terms apply when you use the VENI online store or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours and details accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Product measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Please check the relevant product information before ordering.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
The total price of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete payment.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery information is accurate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

The VENI name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs and other original content associated with our store may be protected by intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order will be those in effect when that order was placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and rights available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
